Director and Founder

With over 15 years experience within the Healthcare Industry and having completed a MBA specialising in Finance and a Diploma in Practice Management, Ami’s expertise and experience in healthcare projects provides a high level of business consulting services.
Ami is a commercially-minded, driven and affable specialist in strategic Healthcare consultancy. Passionate about helping businesses grow, her breadth of medical Practice experience encompasses HR, OH&S, business management, Doctor relationship management, recruitment, strategic planning, sales and acquisitions (incl. Jason Carter

Head of Commercial and Marketing

Working alongside Founder Ami Assigal, Jason also assists with doctor relationship management, recruitment, and strategic planning, and plays a key role in assisting with sales and acquisitions (incl. Medical Centre start-ups) who engage Practice Partners.

Jason was also awarded numerous achievement awards during his time in real estate.

Jason was also a very successful broadcaster for over 25 years, with various radio stations around Australia, and was a part of the marketing teams that created some of Australia’s most awarded radio marketing concepts, including “The Fugitive”.

In 2019, Jason made the transition to media sales, and took the role of Senior Business Development Manager with National Broadcaster SEN, achieving $1.5 million in billable revenue in his first 12 months in this position.

Jason is a qualified property investment advisor (QPIA) accredited with PIAA, a qualified real estate agent, auctioneer, as well as holding a degree in commercial radio and marketing.

Jason is the proud owner of Carter Capital, assisting clients who wish to buy or invest in both commercial and residential property throughout Australia.

Brett McPherson

Healthcare Consultant

Brett has more than 30 years health management experience and is a passionate believer in “Quality as a Business Strategy”; utilising practice data and embracing IT innovation to improve and provide significant benefits to patients, practice owners, practice services and overall practice efficiency and profitability.

Brett is a previous National President of the AAPM and has been a member of many government and professional advisory groups, including PIP, WIP ( previously PNIP), NEHTA, Medicare Compliance, Medicare Billing Toolkit and RACGP – Finance & Health Sector Reform. Brett co-authored the AVANT Practice Manager Resource Tool, was awarded Life membership of AAPM and is a previous recipient of the Improvement Foundation National Quality Improvement Award.

Zac Pandur

Healthcare Administrator

Zac has experience working in corporate roles and managing small-scale projects. Completing his business diploma back in 2020 while working on medical centre projects with our director and founder, Ami Assigal.

In his current role, Zac will manage incoming enquiries and work with our consultants to ensure efficient operation of the business. Zac will also work with our research and management team to coordinate the marketing for our services.

Mercedes

VA/Head Researcher

With over 7 years of experience in industry research, lead generation, email management, data entry, call quality assurance, and customer service. Her industry experience includes real estate, logistics, IT, telecommunications, publishing, healthcare, and eCommerce. Mercedes is responsible for conducting research on prospective healthcare sites, assisting our clients in their decision making process.
