Covering off Practice Feasibility on the first session had me thinking, wouldn’t it be great to be able to offer all registrants with a template to assist in the Financial Forecasting and Business Planning for your practice.
It can be a daunting process however this can be made easier with some planning and forward-thinking to ensure all decisions that you make are taking you in your desired direction.
Throughout the journey of practice ownership both of these documents will be used to assist in your finance application, assist in liaising with your fit-out team and also keep you accountable ensuring that your vision and values are upheld. Look at it as a roadmap to your end goal… owning your own practice!
